Accessory dwelling unit
ADU
If you’re looking for a guest suite, a way to earn rental income, or just more space at home, you can rely on our expertise to support you through your project!
An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a small living space located on the same lot as an existing home. Massachusetts' new policy allows property owners to build an ADU without needing special approval from the zoning board.

ADUs can take various forms: they may be internal spaces within an existing home, such as converting a basement into an apartment; they may be attached as an addition to the primary residence; or they may be completely detached, like a cottage or a converted garage.

We specialize in designing all types of ADUs, and we help you to turn your needs into reality!
